Quoted prices cover only the work specified in writing.
Any changes, additions, or unforeseen works required after the quotation will be treated as extras and charged accordingly. Where possible, customers will be informed and approve extra costs before work continues.
If the customer believes any work is defective or unsatisfactory, it must be reported within 6 months of completion.
If the fault is proven to be the electrician’s responsibility, remedial work will be carried out free of charge.
Issues arising from misuse, interference, tampering, accidental damage, or other trades are not covered.
All work will be carried out in line with relevant health and safety regulations.
Customers must not create or allow unsafe working conditions.
If conditions on site pose a risk, work may be paused until the issue is resolved; delays caused by unsafe conditions may result in additional charges.
Customers must not alter, tamper with, or interfere in any way with the electrical installation or equipment during the work.
All electrical work should be left solely to the qualified electrician in charge.
Any damage caused by interference may incur additional costs.
For certifiable work, payment in full may be required prior to the release of certification or official documents.
Certificates will be issued promptly once payment has cleared.
Invoices must be paid within 8 weeks (56 days) of issue unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Late payments may result in interest, suspension of work, or legal action.
If access is denied at an agreed time, a £30 call-out fee may be charged.
Customers may cancel or reschedule with 24 hours’ notice.
Short-notice cancellations may incur a £30 fee.
All materials remain the property of Mally Electrical until paid in full.
The customer must ensure safe access, parking availability, and hazard-free work areas.
Delays may result in additional charges.
